We're looking for a TikTok Live Auction Host / Sales Personality to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for someone with a big personality, strong communication skills, and a passion for entertainment to become the face of our live auction experience. You don't need to be an expert on every product. We're looking for someone who is quick on their feet, curious, enthusiastic, and able to make almost any product interesting. The Role As a Live Auction Host, your primary responsibility will be to engage, entertain, and sell to our audience through live video. You'll host live TikTok auction shows featuring a constantly changing selection of merchandise. One day you might be presenting electronics, the next day tools, home goods, toys, collectibles, appliances, or something completely unexpected. Your personality is a major part of the product! The goal isn't simply to read product descriptions. It's to create an entertaining experience that keeps viewers watching, interacting, and excited to bid. What You'll Do Host engaging and entertaining TikTok Live auction shows Present a wide variety of products with enthusiasm and confidence Interact with viewers through comments, questions, and conversation Encourage audience participation and bidding Create excitement around products, deals, and auctions Showcase product features, benefits, and potential uses Learn about unfamiliar products quickly and communicate their value to viewers Inspect and assess products for quality, condition, and notable features Accurately and honestly represent the condition of items Maintain a consistent pace while showcasing inventory Keep the livestream energetic and entertaining throughout the show Think quickly and adapt to audience interactions in real time Help prepare products and the livestream area before shows Work with the team to develop creative and entertaining ways to showcase merchandise Represent the company professionally while maintaining an authentic, fun personality The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is fun, energetic, outgoing, and quick on their feet.

Loves being on camera Is comfortable speaking to an audience for extended periods Has a naturally engaging personality Enjoys small talk and interacting with people Can keep a conversation going without constantly relying on a script Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn Takes pride in their performance and work Can adapt quickly to different products, audiences, and situations Has a creative mindset and passion for entertainment Is comfortable asking for the sale and encouraging viewers to bid Can create excitement without coming across as overly aggressive or "salesy" Is dependable and able to work independently Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Experience Previous experience in any of the following is a plus, but not required : TikTok Live or other livestream platforms Live selling Retail sales Auctions Social media Content creation Broadcasting Acting or performing Hosting Customer service Personality and communication skills are more important than previous livestream experience. If you're naturally entertaining and can connect with people, we can teach you the rest. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability and willingness to perform light lifting Ability to repeatedly handle and showcase merchandise during livestreams Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Schedule Part-Time — Tuesday through Saturday Hours are flexible and will be scheduled around livestream events and business needs. We're looking for someone who can provide consistent availability while maintaining some flexibility in their schedule.
