Host / Hostess - Japanese Restaurant We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of restaurant experience and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. Japanese restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and seat guests with a warm and positive attitude Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow efficiently Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand Communicate effectively with servers and management Provide guests with an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience required Japanese restaurant experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a busy environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player Weekend and holiday availability preferred
