Job Summary The Host/Hostess serves as the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for the evening with a gracious, polished, and attentive demeanor. This role requires a poised professional with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities Warmly greet and welcome guests with elegance, professionalism, and a personalized approach. Manage reservations and seating through reservation platforms (e.g., OpenTable) with precision and efficiency. Maintain a smooth flow of service between the dining room, bar, and lounge areas in coordination with management and servers. Anticipate guest needs and accommodate special requests, dietary needs, or celebratory occasions. Escort guests to their tables with attentive service and ensure menus are presented promptly. Communicate effectively with the maître d', management, and floor staff to optimize table turns and service flow. Monitor guest wait times, provide accurate updates, and ensure comfort while waiting. Maintain a polished, professional appearance in alignment with the restaurant's fine dining standards. Support the team with coat check, menu presentation, and other guest-facing details as needed. Uphold all safety, sanitation, and service standards to reflect the excellence of Ce Soir Naples. Qualifications Previous experience as a host/hostess in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment required. Strong understanding of reservation systems and guest flow management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, gracious demeanor.

Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
