Job Summary We are seeking friendly and organized Hosts to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The Host will manage reservations, greet guests warmly, and ensure a smooth flow of seating in our restaurant. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover. Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, restaurant policies, and special events. Handle phone calls with professionalism, taking reservations and answering questions about the restaurant. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and lobby. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly. Utilize POS system for managing reservations and orders efficiently. Experience Previous experience as a Host or in a similar role within the food service or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong background in customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with restaurant operations, including serving and guest services. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on etiquette. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
