is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and high-energy individual to join our team as a Front Desk & Sales Associate . You'll be the face of the gym—welcoming members, closing memberships, and creating a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do:

Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude Sell gym memberships and promote current specials Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries Assist with check-ins, tours, and answering questions Process payments and manage membership accounts Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and stocked Maintain knowledge of gym equipment, amenities, and updates Help create a high-energy, motivating environment for members and staff Have no problem lifting heavy weights

Outgoing personality with strong communication and people skills Confidence in selling and persistence in following up with leads Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Passion for fitness and a positive team attitude
