Our goal is to create an elevated, peaceful environment where every detail—from the atmosphere to the service—makes our guests feel welcomed and cared for. We are looking for a warm, outgoing, dependable, and detail-oriented Sanctuary Experience Coordinator to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who loves working with people, providing exceptional customer service, creating memorable experiences, and building relationships with guests. This is a hands-on position that combines hospitality, guest services, scheduling, memberships, sales, treatment preparation, and daily Sanctuary operations. What You'll Do As a Sanctuary Experience Coordinator, you will help create an exceptional experience for our guests from the moment they walk through the door until the moment they leave.

Responsibilities include:

Warmly welcoming guests and creating a calm, inviting environment. Checking guests in and out. Answering phones and assisting with guest questions. Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments. Preparing guests for their scheduled Sanctuary experiences. Preparing and resetting rooms before and after every guest. Assisting with approved Sanctuary services and equipment after completing required training. Checking on guests throughout their experience and ensuring they are comfortable. Educating guests about the different experiences and services available at Starlight Sanctuary. Educating guests on our membership options, benefits, and pricing . Recommending memberships based on each guest's interests and experience. Signing guests up for Starlight Sanctuary memberships. Accurately completing membership agreements and setting up membership accounts. Encouraging guests to schedule their next visit before leaving. Building relationships with guests and helping create long-term members. Working toward membership and guest-retention goals while maintaining a welcoming, non-pressured approach. Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest information. Keeping linens, towels, and other guest items clean, stocked, and organized. Staying on top of laundry throughout the day. Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, common areas, and reception areas. Restocking rooms and monitoring supplies. Completing opening and closing responsibilities. Ensuring the entire Sanctuary is cleaned, organized, and reset for the following day. Creating the Starlight Experience We aren't looking for someone who simply checks guests in and out. We want someone who understands that the little things matter . Our ideal team member notices when a room needs attention, remembers a returning guest, takes initiative without waiting to be asked, and genuinely enjoys making people feel special. You will help maintain the overall Starlight atmosphere, including appropriate lighting, music, aromatherapy, cleanliness, room presentation, and other details that contribute to the guest experience. Our Sanctuary should always feel peaceful, clean, elevated, welcoming, and intentional. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, warm, and naturally welcoming. Comfortable talking with and building relationships with guests. Confident discussing memberships and asking guests to join. Comfortable with both customer service and sales . Professional and dependable. Organized and detail-oriented. Proactive and able to recognize what needs to be done. Comfortable learning new equipment, services, and systems. Able to multitask while maintaining excellent customer service. A strong communicator. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Passionate about wellness, relaxation, beauty, or hospitality. Previous experience in a spa, med spa, wellness center, hospitality, customer service, membership-based business, or sales environment is a plus. Training Training will be provided on Starlight Sanctuary services, equipment, guest experience standards, memberships, scheduling systems, and applicable policies and procedures. Team members may only perform or assist with services and equipment they have been properly trained and authorized to use.
