This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive hospitality team, gain valuable experience, and help create memorable guest experiences.

Shifts:

3 pm•11 pm | 11 pm•7 am Weekend availability required

Hourly Pay:

$15•$18/hr What You'll Do Greet guests warmly, creating a professional and welcoming first impression Manage check-in and check-out efficiently using our hotel systems Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with patience and a solutions-oriented approach Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information Assist with night audit procedures as needed Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions What We're Looking For Previous front desk or guest service experience preferred but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods Bilingual or multilingual candidates are a plus Why Join Us Competitive pay: $15•18/hr Shifts across day, evening, and overnight Paid Time Off (PTO) Supportive and hands-on management team Opportunity to grow within a growing hospitality company
