Up to 1 year of Hilton PEP experience is preferred. Have knowledge of Kipsu Guest Messaging. Bilingual preferred but not required.

Job Duties:

- Assists guests with check-in/out, answer questions about the property and surrounding areas, answer phones, make reservations, handle minor guest complaints, and other various duties. - Be able to work well with others and pass along information to the next shift/management.
