Part Time Front Desk Assistant Autism and Behavioral Intervention Draper, UT Job Details Part-time From $20 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Experience working with individuals with autism Administrative experience Experience working with children Attention to detail Organizational skills Full Job Description We are looking for a friendly, organized, dependable, and professional individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Assistant. This position plays an important role in keeping our center organized, welcoming, and running smoothly while supporting both our administrative and clinical teams. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner Assist with new client inquiries and the intake process Communicate with families through phone and email Maintain organization and general cleanliness throughout the center Assist the Clinical Director and Operations Manager with administrative tasks and special projects Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets and other organizational documents Coordinate, plan, and help execute activities and special events for clients Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional front desk and clinic environment Assist with day-to-day operational needs as they arise Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling client and employee information Contribute to a positive, supportive, and respectful workplace culture Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Comfortable using email, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and other basic office programs Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Dependable and able to work independently when needed Professional, friendly, and comfortable communicating with families and staff Willingness to take initiative and assist wherever needed Experience in an office, front desk, healthcare, childcare, or administrative setting is preferred but not required Experience working in an ABA therapy setting or with individuals with autism is a plus Schedule Part-Time | Approximately 20 hours per week We are looking for someone who can become a consistent and reliable part of our team and help create a positive experience for our clients, families, and employees.
