Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Regional Hotel Operations & Training Manager to lead and elevate our hospitality teams across multiple properties. This pivotal role involves implementing comprehensive training programs to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing hotel teams. Responsibilities Ensuring adherence to brand standards, guest service excellence, and operational efficiency as needed. Lead, motivate, and manage hospitality teams, including supervisors and front-line staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs focused on customer service, property management systems (PMS), reservation systems, and hotel protocols to enhance team performance. Manage hospitality operations budgets, including revenue management strategies, cost control measures, and financial reporting to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with hotel guest service standards, human resources policies, health and safety regulations, and property management system procedures. Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional guest services across all properties. Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest communications efficiently. Monitor operational metrics regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions that enhance overall hotel performance. Experience Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to facilitate communication across diverse teams and guest populations. Proven supervisory or managerial experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in resort or hotel environments with multiple properties. Knowledge of hotel management practices including revenue management, budgeting, financial operations, and human resources management. Demonstrated ability to oversee daily hotel operations while managing large teams effectively. Experience with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, multi-line phone systems, and other relevant technology platforms Strong leadership qualities with excellent managerial communication skills to motivate teams and foster collaboration. Prior experience in hospitality training development or implementing staff development programs is preferred. Familiarity with resort operations is a plus for understanding the unique needs of high-end guest experiences.
Pay:
