Job Description
Join our Quechan Casino Resort team! Under the supervision of the Front Office Manager, the Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the front desk, reservations, and valet. This role ensures all guests receive exceptional service from check-in to check-out, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and hospitality. The supervisor will mentor and lead Front Desk Agents and Night Auditors, manage guest requests, resolve issues, and collaborate with various departments to enhance the guest experience. Apply Today! High School Diploma or GED. Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or guest services, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in California, if applicable. Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred. Tribal preference given to enrolled tribal members.
