Manage hospitality management systems such as property management systems (PMS) and reservation platforms to optimize booking efficiency and guest data accuracy. Supervise team members, providing leadership, training, and support to uphold hotel guest service standards and enhance overall guest experiences. Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and profitability through effective pricing and promotional activities. Handle financial operations including budgeting, managing hospitality operations budgets, and controlling expenses to meet financial targets. Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring memorable stays for all visitors. Lead human resources functions such as staffing, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive team environment that encourages professional growth. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervisory responsibilities. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff. Strong knowledge of hospitality reservation systems, property management systems (PMS), and multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette. Demonstrated ability in overseeing daily hotel operations, managing budgets, and executing revenue management strategies.
