The Roxy Hotel is an electric destination for music, film, and art, located on the border of SoHo and TriBeCa. We employ a close-knit group of natural-born entertainers, supreme go-getters, and masters of hospitality. Cool is our currency, and success here requires a passion for hospitality, performance, and delivering a dynamic guest experience in one of New York City's most vibrant environments. We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and proactive Senior Revenue Manager to drive total rooms revenue, optimize market share, and elevate pricing performance through disciplined strategy execution and continuous innovation under the direction of the
GLH DORM.
The Senior Revenue Manager will be responsible for: Develop and execute the hotel's overall pricing and revenue strategy across all segments, channels, and demand periods, ensuring alignment with asset positioning and market conditions Support the Director of Revenue Management (DORM) in executing revenue strategy, maintaining structured workflow, and ensuring timely delivery of pricing, forecasting, and reporting outputs Actively contribute new revenue ideas and initiatives; challenge existing strategies using market data, comp set intelligence, and performance trends to drive improved results Manage dynamic pricing, inventory controls, and distribution strategy across all channels including brand.com, OTAs, CRO, and GDS Build and maintain strong relationships with OTA partners and distribution channels to optimize visibility, conversion, and cost efficiency Lead day-to-day revenue operations including rate loading, rate plan management, parity controls, and system accuracy across all platforms Own rolling forecast updates, pick-up analysis, and business pacing reviews to ensure proactive strategy adjustments Monitor market performance tools including STR, Lighthouse, and CoStar to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the comp set Provide tactical guidance on corporate negotiated rates, group pricing, and transient segments, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and demand patterns Collaborate closely with Front Office, Reservations, and Sales teams to improve quote conversion, selling strategies, and segment mix optimization Drive initiatives to reduce distribution costs and increase direct channel contribution, with a focus on brand.com performance Ensure optimal system utilization (Duetto, Opera, CRS) with accurate inputs to improve automation, forecasting precision, and pricing recommendations Deliver clear, concise reporting including 21-day pick-up, rolling forecasts, and performance summaries with actionable insights for leadership Maintain accountability and structure in revenue processes, including rate sheet updates, reporting cadence, and team communication
Requirements:
Strong analytical skills with advanced working knowledge of Excel Minimum 3+ years of hotel or hospitality revenue management experience Experience with Opera, Duetto, or similar RMS platforms preferred Demonstrated ability to interpret data, execute strategy, and influence cross-functional teams Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong organization, prioritization, and accountability
Technical & System Expertise Required:
Duetto Revenue Management System Maintain accurate system inputs including forecasts, restrictions, and segment assumptions- Execute pricing recommendations and manage rate optimization strategies Update rolling forecasts and validate system output against market conditions Utilize reporting tools for pick-up analysis, booking curves, and revenue pacing Ensure system discipline to maximize automation and pricing accuracy Amadeus (GDS / CRS Ecosystem) Manage rate loading, inventory controls, and distribution across GDS channels Understand consortia, negotiated rates, and rate code structure within Amadeus environments Monitor availability, parity, and booking flow across global distribution channels Support visibility strategies and ensure accurate room type mapping and content display Amadeus Demand360 Monitor forward-looking market demand data, occupancy trends, and booking pace Identify compression periods and unconstrained demand opportunities Use demand insights to inform pricing strategies, restrictions, and inventory allocation Benchmark market demand shifts against comp set position Amadeus RevenueStrategy360 (Lighthouse / RMS equivalent) Analyze market share performance (MPI, ARI, RGI) and comp set positioning Interpret forward demand data and pricing recommendations Evaluate displacement, segment mix, and shoulder night opportunities Adjust pricing and availability based on real-time market intelligence iHotelier (CRS / Booking Engine) Manage rate plans, packages, and promotions across direct booking channels Ensure parity, content accuracy, and promotional alignment with strategy Monitor booking engine performance and conversion trends Execute direct channel initiatives to drive brand.com contribution Excel (Advanced) Build and maintain revenue reports, forecasts, and pacing models Perform data analysis including pick-up, segmentation, and variance tracking Utilize formulas (INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, pivot tables) to analyze performance trends Create structured reporting for 21-day outlook, rolling forecast, and monthly recaps Opera Cloud (PMS) Oversee rate code setup, reservations accuracy, and inventory management- Ensure alignment between PMS, RMS, and CRS systems Monitor room inventory, overbooking controls, and house availability Support operational teams with system accuracy and reporting needs Maintain data integrity for forecasting, reporting, and revenue optimization
