Job Description

The Housekeeping Inspector ensures guest accommodations meet cleanliness standards, supervises room attendants, and acts as a liaison between housekeeping staff and management. This role combines supervisory duties with hands-on tasks, requiring a detail-oriented, communicative, and physically capable individual. We seek highly motivated team members. Responsibilities:
Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with brand standards Identifying and reporting maintenance issues to the appropriate departments Training and supporting housekeeping staff to meet quality standards Assisting in inventory management and ordering supplies when needed
Requirements:
Prior experience in housekeeping (required) Previous experience in a supervisory role (preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team
