We're growing.....come join our team! We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Co-Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial cleaning, with the ability to manage cleaning operations effectively. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and presentable. Duties Supervise and manage cleaning staff to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards and procedures. Fill in for employee call-offs, vacations, or staffing shortages to ensure all locations are serviced as scheduled. Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. Provide leadership and training to new team members on best practices in custodial services. Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and equipment usage. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.
