Pay:

$17/hr during training/probation $19/hr after training $22-$25/hr once promoted to manager level Performance bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:

Assist with nightly cleaning Open, secure, and lock facilities Coordinate cleaners and nightly assignments Make sure team members arrive on time Check completed work for quality Keep the team organized and on schedule Communicate issues or concerns to KBS management Bonuses are based on team efficiency, contract continuation, minimal client complaints, and positive staff feedback. We're looking for someone reliable, organized, hands-on, and ready to grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete scheduled cleanings during: Night shifts: 9:00 PM-1:00 AM (weekdays & weekends) Early-morning shifts: 6:00 AM-11:00 AM (weekdays & weekends) Perform routine cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing restrooms, trash removal) Carry out light maintenance and quick fixes to prevent wear and tear Identify early signs of damage and report issues promptly Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies at assigned sites Support periodic deep cleans, turnover cleans, and special project requests Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Requirements:

Experience in cleaning, custodial services, or light maintenance preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality results Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Ability to lift 25-30 lbs and perform physical tasks Comfortable working nights and early mornings Flexible availability for weekday and weekend shifts

Pay:

$16.00 - $24.00 per hour
