Must enjoy working with the elderly and possess a positive ability to work with others. Must be in good health, no lifting restraints, neat and clean. Be kind and considerate to all residents, resident family members, and fellow staff to promote a friendly and caring environment.

Job requirements:

Train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping employees, providing feedback and conducting performance appraisals. Ensure rooms, public areas, and facilities meet hygiene and aesthetic standards. Monitor and order cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, and conduct regular physical inventories. Develop and implement housekeeping schedules, procedures, and safety protocols. Address complaints, special requests, and service issues promptly to ensure resident satisfaction. Who are we?
