$21.00/hour for Technicians | $27.00/hour for Supervisor About the Job Fox & Fern Property Services is growing our commercial cleaning team. We're hiring dependable Cleaning Technicians and a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor who take pride in their work and care about getting the details right. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Pottstown, PA, daily. Cleaning Technicians — $21/hour

Responsibilities:

Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and common areas. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. Empty trash and recycling and replace liners. Clean glass, surfaces, and high-touch areas. Restock supplies and follow site-specific cleaning checklists. Report maintenance concerns and supply needs. Commercial cleaning experience is preferred. Cleaning Supervisor — $27/hour

Responsibilities:

Clean alongside the team while overseeing daily assignments. Train employees on cleaning procedures and safe product use. Inspect completed work and address missed tasks. Keep the crew organized and work on schedule. Monitor supplies and equipment. Communicate staffing issues, property concerns, and customer feedback to management. Follow site access, security, and lockup procedures. Previous commercial cleaning and supervisory or team leadership experience are required.
