Commercial Cleaning Subcontractors / Cleaning Crews Fox & Fern Property Services Greater Philadelphia Area About the Opportunity Fox & Fern Property Services is seeking established cleaning businesses and experienced subcontractor crews for commercial cleaning assignments. We're looking for dependable partners who provide consistent results, communicate professionally, and take pride in their work. Opportunities may include recurring cleaning accounts, deep cleaning, and turnover cleaning. Scope of Work Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and common areas. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. Empty trash and recycling. Clean glass, surfaces, and high-touch areas. Complete agreed cleaning scopes and report property concerns. Follow customer access, security, and lockup requirements. Requirements An established cleaning business with commercial cleaning experience. General liability insurance and any other coverage required for the assignment. Ability to provide a W-9 and certificate of insurance. Your own crew, reliable transportation, and cleaning equipment and supplies unless otherwise agreed. Ability to service properties in Pottstown and agreed locations throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. Reliable communication and consistent quality. Ability to independently manage your crew and deliver the agreed scope within each property's service window. Compensation Pricing is agreed upon per property or project based on scope, frequency, and service requirements. Payment terms are established in the subcontractor agreement. This is a subcontracting opportunity, not an hourly employee position.
