$21.00-$35.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, and use of your own truck Weekly Pay About the Job Fox & Fern Property Services is hiring skilled craftspeople and maintenance technicians for residential and commercial repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, solves problems, and treats customers' properties with care. The more tasks you can confidently complete independently, the higher your earning potential within our pay range. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Pottstown, PA, daily. Responsibilities Complete property repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects. Perform drywall repairs, painting, trim work, and general carpentry. Repair and install doors, hardware, fixtures, and other building components. Troubleshoot problems and communicate recommended repairs. Perform plumbing and electrical tasks within your qualifications and applicable requirements. Protect customers' properties and maintain clean, organized work areas. Communicate job progress, material needs, and unexpected issues. Check completed work for quality and proper operation. What We're Looking For Experience in handyman services, construction, remodeling, or property maintenance. Strong workmanship and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and recognize when guidance is needed. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and professional communication. Ability to perform essential job duties, with or without reasonable accommodation. Plumbing and electrical experience are strong advantages. Your own tools are a plus, but not required.
