Custodian position available in Lake Mary.

Schedule:

Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.

Shift Times:

6pm - 2am on Wednesdays and Thursdays. 8am -5:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Pay:

$16/hr paid bi-weekly Type of cleaning: Large call center where we clean and maintain the building, working around call center employees during the entire shift. This position is best suited for someone who's comfortable cleaning and working around other people.

What You'll Do:

Clean and stock paper products throughout shift in 5 restrooms (2 large women's restrooms, 2 large mens restrooms and one single stall restroom). Gather and empty trash and replace trash bags. We collect and empty a lot of trash each night, some bags can weigh up to 40lbs. Applicant must be physically capable to do so. Clean floors and carpeted areas (sweep, mop, and vacuum). Most of the building is carpeted. We do the majority of our vacuuming at the end of each day. Dust furniture, walls, cubicle tops etc and clean windows, etc. Follow all health and safety regulations There are times when incidents occur that need attention, however, we stick to a set cleaning schedule. Qualified applicant must possess a valid drivers license and have their own transportation. Ideal applicant must be able to work unsupervised, follow written procedures, work well with others, have superior attention to detail and present a neat and clean appearance. Let′s get you started. You will have to lift trash bags that could weigh up to 40lbs. Is that a problem? We′re on our feet a lot and an 8 hour shift could be all standing. Would you be ok standing for long periods?
