As our Service Area Supervisor (Head Coach) , you'll be the operational leader responsible for ensuring every client receives exceptional service, every shift is covered, and every team member performs at championship level. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll lead by example, coach your team, maintain quality standards, oversee equipment and inventory, and step in whenever needed to keep operations running smoothly. What You'll Be Responsible For Lead Daily Operations Ensure all scheduled cleaning shifts are fully staffed every day. Respond quickly to employee call-offs and arrange immediate coverage. Adjust schedules as needed to maintain uninterrupted client service. Personally assist with cleaning when necessary to prevent missed service.
Note:
this is primarily a late afternoon/evening shift Recruit, Train & Develop Your Team Conduct working interviews for applicants assigned to your service area. Evaluate candidates and make final hiring recommendations. Train new team members on Club Clean's cleaning standards and procedures. Coach, mentor, and develop employees for long-term success. Deliver Exceptional Client Service Perform routine quality inspections across assigned locations. Address service issues before they become client complaints. Ensure cleaning standards consistently exceed expectations. Build strong working relationships with clients and your team. Manage Equipment & Inventory Maintain cleaning equipment in safe working condition. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed. Ensure janitorial closets remain organized, fully stocked, and audit-ready. Perform Specialized Cleaning Services Complete or supervise periodic cleaning projects, including: Hard floor care Carpet extraction Window cleaning Deep cleaning services Ensure all specialty work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Previous experience in janitorial, commercial cleaning, facilities management, or a similar field. Supervisory or team leadership experience. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and lead by example. Comfortable performing physical cleaning duties when required. Late afternoon/evening/night availability Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred). Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Takes ownership and accountability. Leads with integrity and professionalism. Stays calm under pressure. Enjoys coaching and developing people.
