Job Duties Performs general janitorial, cleaning, and sanitation-related job tasks in warehouse facility, including dry, cooler, and freezer areas. May perform similar duties in office areas as assigned. May require operation of a pallet jack to transport refuse/trash to appropriate receptacles. General cleaning duties include but are not limited to sweeping, dusting, mopping, trash pickup, and use of compactor. May be required to work with cleaning chemicals. Follows all safety rules and completes all duties as assigned per business need. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely push, pull, and maneuver cleaning carts and equipment. Ability to work in a variety of indoor environments while following established safety procedures. What You Will Do As a Sanitation Worker you will clean and maintain assigned work areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, emptying waste containers, restocking supplies, and performing routine facility upkeep.
