Commercial Cleaner (Mobile, Night)

Job description About Us Clean One Janitorial is a locally owned commercial cleaning company with over 30 years of experience serving businesses throughout Southern Maine. We're known for quality, dependability, and a strong connection to our team and community. The Role We're hiring a Cleaner who will work approximately 10-20 hours/week performing cleaning services . Note most hours would be at night. This is a hands-on role for someone who's organized, dependable, and ready to help the business grow. I am estimating the hours, but it would most likely be around 20 hours of typical cleaning work, at a few locations each week. You would be responsible for the quality at accounts assigned, some accounts you are on your own and some will have a small team.

Note:

everyone in the company, regardless of role will work at least one routine account. This includes the owners.

What You'll Do:

Cleaning (Approx. 10-20 hrs/week) Clean assigned commercial accounts / Maintain a working knowledge of all accounts in your assigned area. Set the standard for quality and professionalism Support other cleaners by helping at their jobs Fill in during absences. The list of responsibilities is not complete and though it should encompass what is needed, it should be considered examples of what is needed. Compensation $20 an hour base salary (includes cleaning duties) What We're Looking For Experience in commercial cleaning and/or team leadership Strong communication and time management skills People person who can also work alone. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently and take initiative Willingness to perform hands-on cleaning as needed Schedule Approx. 20 hrs/week Flexible hours, cleaning work is mostly done at night/early evening (there are some exceptions)

Schedule:

Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Night shift Application Question(s): This role is mobile and requires driving to accounts in Sanford and surrounding areas. Applicant must have reliable transportation, a good driving record and the ability to hold some equipment (vacuum, mop bucket etc). Do you understand these requirements It will be your responsibility to coordinate meetups if more than one person is needed at a job.
