Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Residential Cleaner, where your enthusiasm and attention to detail will transform living spaces into pristine, welcoming environments. In this role, you will deliver exceptional residential cleaning for Apartment TurnOvers. Cleaning is not everyday and days will be determined a week in advanced. Cleanings will need to be completed during the day ( perferably mornings). 1-2 years expereince required. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and outdoor patios when applicable Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure surfaces are hygienic and safe Conduct floor cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and applying floor care techniques to maintain cleanliness and shine Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed Dust surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and vents to eliminate dust buildup and improve air quality Use manual handling skills for heavy lifting of furniture or large cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and provide excellent customer service Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with janitorial or custodial background preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floors, carpets, and outdoor areas with expertise in carpet cleaning techniques Familiarity with various cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, mops, buffers, and other janitorial tools Ability to implement cleaning and sanitation procedures adhering to health standards Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments Effective client communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address specific needs Physical capability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work when required Knowledge of cleaning detergents and safety protocols for proper use and storage Embark on a rewarding journey where your skills make a tangible difference in people's homes!
