Position Summary ServiceMaster by Isler is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide professional carpet, upholstery, tile, and hard floor cleaning services for residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering exceptional results, maintains a positive attitude, and is committed to providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform professional carpet, rug, upholstery, tile, grout, and hard surface cleaning services. Inspect flooring and upholstery to determine the appropriate cleaning methods and products. Operate truck-mounted and portable carpet cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Apply stain removal treatments, deodorization, and carpet protection products as needed. Move and replace furniture while protecting customer property throughout the cleaning process. Communicate with customers regarding services, expectations, and after-care instructions. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and cleaning equipment in clean, safe working condition. Complete service documentation accurately and collect customer signatures when required. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and industry best practices. Identify opportunities to recommend additional cleaning or restoration services that benefit the customer. Represent ServiceMaster by Isler with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity at every job site. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous carpet cleaning, janitorial, restoration, or general labor experience is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn new equipment, cleaning techniques, and certifications.
