Job Description We're looking for a reliable, hard-working cleaner to join our team on a flexible, part-time schedule of 20-25 hours per week. This multifaceted position covers our offices, rental properties, open houses, and settlements, with a weekly list of tasks issued with due dates. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of new construction homes Complete weekly upkeep of all spec homes, including interior and exterior appearance Pull weeds weekly at homes currently being cleaned Clean two offices on a weekly basis Handle rental cleanings as needed Take on miscellaneous projects as requested Requirements Physical stamina for manual tasks, including lifting and outdoor work Valid driver's license and a dependable vehicle able to carry cleaning equipment Ability to pass a background check This role plays a key part in supporting our Sales and Community departments.

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 25.0 per week
