The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial and industrial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job scope:

3 days a week (M/W/F) for 3 hours per visit. Hours- 5pm to 8pm located in South Philly (W. Oregon Ave) Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to high standards. Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing as needed. Conduct facilities maintenance tasks such as trash removal and restroom sanitation. Engage in residential painting and touch-up work when necessary to maintain aesthetic appeal. Carry out commercial cleaning duties in office spaces, retail environments, or other business facilities. Provide custodial services that include vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and cleaning windows. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks in manufacturing or warehouse settings to ensure safety and cleanliness. Act as a porter by maintaining cleanliness in common areas and supporting other staff with cleaning needs. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning roles such as custodial services or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is highly desirable. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A proactive approach to identifying areas that require maintenance or additional cleaning efforts.
