Broom Bliss Cleaning is looking for a dependable, 1099 professsional cleaner to take on regular, recurring work across residential clients in the greater Austin area, plus turnover cleans on an active Airbnb/STR property in Spicewood. This is turnover-based work — bookings come in as guests check in and out, so job frequency varies week to week rather than a fixed recurring schedule. When a job comes up, we need someone reliable enough to take it and show up as scheduled What the work looks like: Same-day STR turnover cleans (Spicewood property) with fast, quick-turnaround requirements Job volume tied to guest bookings — can be frequent some weeks, lighter others Booking/scheduling managed through our system — you'll see job details, checklists, and timing in advance

Pay:

50%-90% of job revenue per clean, generally landing at $20-55/hour depending on job type and scope. Weekly payout via direct deposit. Cleans What we need from you: Reliable, consistent attendance — no last-minute no-shows or repeated rescheduling Clear communication if plans change, with as much advance notice as possible Pass a background check Sign a standard independent contractor agreement Reliable transportation Own basic cleaning supplies Comfortable working independently and following a checklist system Able to work sundays (this is required) Use the app frequently (upload photos, mark on the way, GPS clock-in/out) This is 1099 contract work — you control your schedule and supply your own cleaning supplies.
