Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner / Cleaning Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various facilities, ensuring a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the overall appearance and safety of our premises. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized effectively to meet health and safety standards. Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and other essentials to maintain operational readiness. Dispose of waste materials responsibly by emptying trash bins and recycling containers regularly. Maintain cleaning equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning, and reporting any repairs needed. Follow safety protocols diligently when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries. Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties to the supervisor promptly. Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality, security procedures, and environmental sustainability practices. Skills Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work standards. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving heavy objects when necessary. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and proper disposal methods. Reliable punctuality and a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service.
