Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and team-oriented School Lunch Server to join our cafeteria staff. This position plays an important role in providing students with nutritious meals while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment. Duties Prepare and serve breakfast and/or lunch to students and staff. Set up serving lines and replenish food as needed.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, serving area, and dining space.
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Assist with food preparation as directed.
Provide courteous and professional customer service to students and staff.
Work collaboratively with kitchen team members to ensure efficient meal service.
Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
Food service or cafeteria experience is preferred but not required.
Must pass any required background checks. Schedule & Compensation Part-time position, up to 29 hours per week.
