Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Kitchen Prep Team Member to join our team. This position focuses on preparing ingredients used in our drinks and desserts. Daily tasks include cooking beans, preparing toppings, cutting coconuts, portioning ingredients, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean kitchen. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, staying organized, and helping the store operate efficiently. No advanced cooking experience is required. We will provide training for the right candidate. Duties Prepare ingredients for drinks and desserts according to recipes and quality standards. Cook beans and other ingredients following company procedures. Cut and prepare fresh coconuts and other produce. Prepare boba, jellies, puddings, toppings, syrups, and other ingredients. Portion, label, and properly store prepared ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep area, refrigerators, and storage. Wash and sanitize equipment, utensils, containers, and work surfaces. Restock ingredients and supplies as needed. Monitor ingredient freshness and report low inventory. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Assist with large prep batches and daily production. Support other store operations when needed. Requirements Previous kitchen, food prep, or food service experience is preferred but not required. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
