Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting with food preparation and kitchen tasks as assigned Helping provide efficient, timely, and friendly meal service Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining room and kitchen Creating a welcoming and positive experience for residents and guests Ensuring meals are served according to established schedules Identifying and communicating food service concerns or issues appropriately Following all food safety, workplace safety, and local and state requirements What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Enjoys working with seniors and making a difference in their day Has a positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude Takes pride in providing excellent customer service Is dependable and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Has previous food service or similar experience (preferred, but not required) Why The Waterford at Fitchburg?
