Job Responsibilities:
Instruct children, ages 6 months and up on basic water safety skills and how to swim, using the Splash curriculum. Communicate with staff and parents on the progress of the students. Manage daily operations of our lesson program and facility to ensure that the Splash standards of safety and quality are never compromised Over see continued education of current staff as well as develop and inspire new staff Be an expert at our teaching program, policies and have a working knowledge of office procedures Set the tone for excellent customer service to all Splash students and their families Above all, this is a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and you have the ability to maintain composure and be a leader
Qualifications & Requirements :
Demonstrated leadership ability Previous experience with aquatic instruction is strongly preferred Strong people & communication skills Valid Red Cross Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR certificates required
