C'est La Vie Vacation Rentals is a locally owned and growing vacation rental management company based in Fort Lauderdale. We are currently looking for experienced housekeepers and cleaners to join our team. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals with experience cleaning vacation rentals, short-term rentals, Airbnb properties, hotels, or other hospitality accommodations who understand the level of cleanliness and attention to detail expected in the hospitality industry. This is a part-time position offering a flexible schedule , a welcoming and supportive work environment, and opportunities for long-term growth and advancement within our family-owned business. What You'll Do As a Vacation Rental Housekeeper / Cleaner, you will be responsible for preparing our properties to ensure every guest arrives to a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained home.

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing detailed cleaning of vacation rental properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and general housekeeping Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, bathtubs, and showers Making beds and replacing linens according to hospitality standards Taking photos and videos upon arrival and after completing each cleaning to properly document the condition of the property Removing trash and properly disposing of waste Restocking guest amenities and essential supplies throughout the property Following company cleaning procedures, checklists, and quality standards to consistently provide an exceptional guest experience What We're Looking For Previous experience cleaning vacation rentals, Airbnb properties, hotels, or other hospitality accommodations is preferred Reliable transportation is required Must be dependable and available to work weekends Must be able to communicate in English or Spanish Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and communicate thoroughly Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and remain self-motivated Must be able to pass a basic background check

Pay & Growth Opportunities Pay:
