- Duties
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust floors and surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods is a plus
- Experience in a hotel or custodial setting is beneficial
- Knowledge of laundry procedures (washing, drying, folding) may be required
- Experience with floor care (sweeping, mopping, waxing) is desirable Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed. Qualified candidates must possess the following skills:
