This position is full-time, Sunday through Thursday. Monarch Landing is an award-winning senior living community located in north Naperville. You'll be part of a team that values its employees and is committed to creating an exceptional experience for our residents. We're looking for a hospitality-minded Environmental Services Technician to help keep our community clean, comfortable, and welcoming for residents, families, guests, and employees. What You'll Do As an Environmental Services Technician, you will: Perform daily cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the community. Complete floor care and other assigned housekeeping tasks. Assist with community-wide trash and recycling collection. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization. Help ensure common areas and resident spaces are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Work as part of a team to provide excellent service to our residents. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Three to six months of janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred. A dependable, positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
