A professional cleaner for residential and vacation rentals ensures properties are spotless, sanitized, and guest-ready. Key duties include deep cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, vacuuming/mopping, changing linens, restocking supplies, and reporting damages between fast-paced turnovers. This role requires high attention to detail, reliability, and strong cleaning standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Vacation Rental Turnover:

Clean, sanitize, and prepare rental units between guest stays within strict timeframes.

Deep Cleaning:

Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas; dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean appliances.

Laundry & Linens:

Change bed linens, towels, and pillowcases; wash and fold used linens.

Restocking:

Replenish essential supplies, including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and toiletries.

Inspection & Reporting:

Perform basic checks to ensure functionality (lights, appliances) and report any damages or maintenance issues to management.

Residential Cleaning:

Perform standard cleaning, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming for private homes.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience as a cleaner, preferably in hospitality or high-end residential. Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness standards. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Reliable transportation. Physical stamina to lift, bend, and work for extended periods.
