Join Our In-House Cleaning Team! BookSmart Properties is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Housekeepers to care for our vacation rental homes throughout the Outer Banks (Nags Head - Corolla). In this hands-on position, you will clean and prepare homes for arriving guests, restock supplies, complete property checks, and ensure every space feels clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The ideal candidate takes pride in a job well done, works effectively both independently and as part of a team, and understands that the smallest details can make the biggest difference in a guest's experience. Previous housekeeping experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities :

Clean and reset homes after guest departures to a "guest-ready" standard Perform deep cleans and seasonal cleaning as scheduled Track, stock, and distribute cleaning supplies and inventory Report maintenance or damage issues to the operations team Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards

Requirements:

Must be available to work weekends. Additional cleans to be assigned during the week Clean background with no criminal history Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Vacation rental or housekeeping experience is a plus (but not required)

Pay:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
