We are seeking a seasonal full-time position as a Resort Guest Room Professional. The position requires all clean rooms to be thoroughly inspected prior to check-in time. This essential performance will also assist our housekeeping, laundry and front desk staff as needed.

Responsibilities:

Perform meticulous inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to ensure impeccable cleanliness and presentation in accordance with the highest hospitality standards. Identify and address maintenance concerns, reporting issues promptly for swift resolution. Verify that all amenities are fully stocked and properly arranged to enhance the guest experience. Provide constructive feedback to housekeeping staff, document deficiencies, and diligently follow up on corrective actions. Assist in training new team members on quality standards and inspection procedures. Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, embodying a commitment to excellence and professionalism. Collaborate effectively with housekeeping and service staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment. Champion outstanding standards of cleanliness and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for all guests. Port supplies to and from housekeeping closets. Organize supply closets. Lifting/carrying 25 lbs. Assist our housekeeping, laundry, or front desk team when needed. Comply with health and safety regulations and act in line with laws. Activities included in your daily routine: bending, reaching, stretching, walking and stair climbing

Qualifications:

Prior experience in hospitality or laundry operations is highly desirable. Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to instructions. Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift laundry bags or baskets as required. Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to support other housekeeping and service staff as needed.
