Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation of all residential areas. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing using appropriate cleaning equipment. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment in accordance with health standards. Manage outdoor work responsibilities such as patio or garden cleaning as needed. Use cleaning detergents and supplies effectively while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and heavy lifting. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service. Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high-quality standards. Assist with housekeeping management tasks including inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment maintenance. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, including janitorial or custodial experience. Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation procedures. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Knowledge of cleaning detergents and proper handling of chemicals. Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Outdoor work experience is a plus for tasks related to exterior spaces or yard cleaning. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
