Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Hotel Housekeeper to join our team at Best Western Plus Dutch Haus Inn & Suites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and other designated areas of the hotel. You will play a crucial role in providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms. Ensure that all room amenities are in place and functioning properly. Clean and maintain public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor. Restock guest supplies and toiletries as needed. Handle guest requests for additional services or items promptly and courteously. Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties for extended periods of time. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
