Short-Term Cheese Production Associate Middlebury, VT $24.64/Hour Assignment Expected Through 10/31/2026 12-Hour Rotating Shifts Must Be Available Sunday-Saturday Westaff is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join a leading dairy manufacturer as a Short-Term Cheese Production Associate . What You'll Do:
Operate box-making equipment Move pallets of boxes and hoops into production areas Pull and stage box parts, bags, and supplies for production Clean and handle large cheese wheels as part of the manufacturing process Box finished products weighing up to 40 lbs. Provide break relief for cheese line operators Perform general housekeeping, sanitation, and setup tasks Follow safety and quality procedures in a fast-paced production environment

Day Shifts:
4:00 AM - 4:00 PM 2
Night Shifts:
4:00 PM - 4:00 AM Rotating schedule Availability required Sunday through
Saturday Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly Comfortable with physical work throughout a 12-hour shift Strong attendance and reliability Ability to work both day and night shifts Team-focused attitude with a commitment to safety This is a great opportunity to gain manufacturing experience with a respected Vermont employer while earning $24.64 per hour .
