Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations across the store, kitchen, and delivery services Hire, train, and lead a team of 10+ employees Oversee alcohol compliance, vendor relationships, inventory control, and pricing Build loyalty through our VIP Customer Program with white-glove service Partner with delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Postmates) to maximize online sales Foster a motivated team environment focused on efficiency and service Monitor financials, accounts payable, and weekly reporting with ownership Ensure compliance with all operational and safety standards ⸻

Who You Are:

3+ years of retail management, including 2+ years supervising teams Experience in convenience, liquor store, or high-volume retail environments Strong knowledge of regulations and inventory systems Results-driven, analytical, and calm under pressure Clear, confident communicator—written and verbal Valid California Driver's License Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required ⸻
