$58,000 - $65,000 annually plus bonus This hourly leadership position is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, coaching team members, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in achieving operational goals.
Assistant General Manager Compensation:
$70,000 - $75,000 annually plus bonus This exempt leadership role partners with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, lead and develop the management team, drive financial performance, and prepare for future General Manager opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume sports bar and restaurant Inspire and develop a high-performing team while creating a fun, energetic work environment Deliver outstanding guest experiences during peak dining periods, game days, and late-night business Maintain exceptional food quality, beverage service, cleanliness, and hospitality standards Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, food costs, and controllable expenses Recruit, hire, train, and develop future leaders Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction while maintaining operational excellence Support the General Manager in achieving restaurant performance goals
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous restaurant management experience required High-volume casual dining, sports bar, or full-service restaurant experience preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Passion for hospitality and developing people Comfortable working in a lively, high-energy environment with late-night operations Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and major sporting events

Department Manager:
$58,000 - $65,000 plus bonus
