We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Commercial Insurance Agent to join our growing call center team. In this role, you will assist business owners with their commercial insurance needs, educate customers on available coverage options, provide quotes, and help clients select insurance solutions that fit their businesses. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in building a career in commercial insurance. Prior insurance experience is not required ; comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with small business owners and prospective customers. Identify customers' business insurance needs through effective questioning and active listening. Explain commercial insurance products, coverage options, and policy features in clear, easy-to-understand language. Prepare and present insurance quotes based on customer needs. Recommend appropriate coverage options while following company guidelines and regulatory requirements. Convert qualified leads into new commercial insurance customers. Follow up with prospects and existing customers to answer questions and close sales opportunities. Maintain accurate customer and policy information in the company's systems. Meet or exceed individual and team sales, service, and performance goals. Provide a professional and positive customer experience on every interaction. Stay current on insurance products, procedures, compliance requirements, and industry practices. Collaborate with underwriting, service, and other internal teams to resolve customer needs. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with customers by phone throughout the workday. Ability to ask effective questions, listen carefully, and identify customer needs. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to learn insurance products, terminology, and regulations. Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, fast-paced call center environment. Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems. Self-motivated, coachable, and willing to learn. Bilingual in both English & Spanish (preferred)
Pay:
Starting $20-$22 with uncapped bonuses
