Starting at $18.00 per hour Grow Your Career with Us We're looking for a motivated, energetic, and people-focused Assistant General Manager to help lead our growing pizza business. If you're passionate about customer service, team development, and restaurant operations, this is an opportunity to build valuable leadership experience while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment. As an Assistant General Manager, you'll play a key role in daily operations, team leadership, and creating outstanding customer experiences. You'll work alongside the General Manager to develop employees, drive results, and maintain the high standards that keep our customers coming back. What You'll Do Lead and motivate team members during daily operations. Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching employees. Create schedules and help ensure proper staffing levels. Maintain food quality, safety, cleanliness, and operational standards. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally. Monitor inventory, control costs, and support business goals. Foster a positive, respectful, and high-performing team culture. Help ensure smooth and efficient store operations during every shift. What We're Looking For Must be 18 years of age or older. Previous restaurant leadership, shift management, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain certification). Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Why Join Our Team?
