Currently a powerhouse for breakfast and lunch, we are officially expanding our footprint into dinner service. We pride ourselves on a tight-knit kitchen culture, great execution, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a true, hands-on chef to run our back-of-house operations. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and want to put your stamp on a growing menu, we want you on our line. The Role This is not an office-only position. We need a leader who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty, jump on the line during peak rush hours, and lead by example. You will have full operation of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Line Leadership:
Maintain a strong, daily hands-on presence on the line for the upcoming dinner launch.
Team Building:
Handle all back-of-house recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and continuous training for a reliable crew.
Operations & Purchasing:
Oversee all inventory management, quality control, food cost efficiency, and vendor ordering.
Menu Development:
Help transition our successful daytime concepts into a standout, classic American dinner program.
Compliance:
Ensure the kitchen consistently operates at elite standards of safety, health department compliance, organization, and cleanliness.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven track record running a high-volume kitchen as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Kitchen Manager. Deep comfort managing high-volume breakfast, brunch, and dinner services. Comprehensive knowledge of food ordering systems, vendor management, and staff scheduling. A natural coach who can train effectively, build a tight team, and motivate staff under pressure.
