Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our dynamic restaurant team. In this pivotal role, you will lead daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and support the management team in maintaining a high-performing hospitality environment. Responsibilities Must have PM shift availability Assist in overseeing all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management to ensure smooth daily functioning. Lead shift management by coordinating team schedules, supervising food production, and ensuring timely service during busy hours. Foster a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with customers, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all guests. Experience Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments or casual dining settings with a strong background in food industry operations. Demonstrated supervisory or assistant manager experience within hospitality or restaurant management roles. Experience in managing catering or banquet services is a plus; familiarity with bar or coffee service is advantageous. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train teams, conduct interviews, and communicate managerial expectations clearly. $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
