Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures
• Communicating effectively with Crew and other Shift Managers to run smooth shifts
• Achieving shift targets and helping departments meet their goals
• Monitoring safety, security, inventory, and profitability
• Managing Crew schedules and encouraging high performance
• Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production
• Training new team members on critical job functions Requirements Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred
